He is a licensed professional with RE/MAX Classic Real Estate, and is proud to represent Hakes Brothers Construction.  New Home Sales is a passion of Quint’s, and he is committed to excellence in product and market knowledge. Quint is consistently a top sales producer and in 2012 was named National Sales Person of the year by the National Association of Home Builders.  He is committed to continuing education and training and holds several prestigious accreditation’s including, M.I.R.M – Master in Residential Marketing. Quint credits much of his success to the training, coaching, and motivation of his friend and mentor Tom Richey, along with the support and love of his wife, Norissa.
